Cycle to School
The Green Schools Committee are organising a 'Cycle to School for October ' event as part of being awarded the Green Flag for Travel at the end of the year.
Students who participate will be linked to an app to track the distance cycled to and from school during the month. Borris Vocational School applied through An Taisce for a bicycle rack and shelter to encourage students to cycle to school where possible. Will hope that this initiative will continue through out the year.
