Department of Education: Junior Cycle School Book Scheme Parental Survey
General Instructions for Completion
- The survey portal will remain open until Friday 24th January at midnight.
- The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
- The survey is available in English and Irish.
- All survey questions are mandatory on the system, but if an answer is not required/data is not available a respondent should include N/A in the answer space provided.
- If you have any queries or encounter any technical issues support will be provided through the main schoolbooks email address which is provided at the start of the survey. This support will be available during standard business hours. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
- The surveys are hosted on the Department of Education’s Checkbox platform that has protected access restricted to certain members of the Social Inclusion Unit and IT support team.
