Borris College has a vibrant and thriving Equestrian Club, reflecting the strong equestrian tradition within our catchment area. Many of our students have a deep passion for horses and competitive showjumping. During the 2023/24 season, we were proud to once again participate in the prestigious TRI Equestrian Interschools Showjumping League. Our dedicated squad for 2023/24, featuring Kayla Ryan, Harry Griffith, Dearbhla Sheehan, Ella Kidd, Rosemary Dundon, and Darragh O'Brien, represented the school with commitment and skill. Every weekend from September to April, they competed, showcasing their talent and determination.

We are excited to continue this tradition in the upcoming 2024/25 season, which kicks off on the 21st September 2024 at Boswell Equestrian Centre. The dedication of our riders and their families ensures that the Borris College Equestrian Club remains one of the most active in the league, and we look forward to another year filled with exciting challenges and achievements.
